In the unlikely event that something is not functioning in your new Custom Website as requested, Epoch Avenue provides a 30-day on-demand warranty and support plan beginning on the date your new website is live. During your 30-day warranty we will quickly resolve these items free of charge.
Additionally during our 30-day warranty and unlimited support period we will modify and fine-tune your website (based on the original specifications) until it meets with your complete satisfaction.
Epoch Avenue’s 30-Day Warranty & Unlimited Support Plan is provided at no additional cost to all of our Custom Website clients.
45-Day Website Warranty Extension
If your Custom Website project is sufficiently complex, we may upgrade and extend your warranty to 45-days.
